Big news from Sykofant! Our new EP, Red Sun, is out now! This release expands on the world of our debut album, diving deeper into its desert themes with intricate rhythms and layered compositions.
Red Sun is the first of two connected EPs, with the second arriving in late 2025—together forming a full album on vinyl and CD. The stunning artwork by Lars Kvernberg captures the essence of the music.

Our New EP Arrives March 20
Big news from the Sykofant camp! We’re thrilled to announce that our new EP, Red Sun, will be released on March 20, with the title track and first single dropping on March 6.
This release builds on the world introduced in our debut album, exploring its desert themes in a more focused form with layered compositions, intricate rhythms, and expressive melodies—everything you know from Sykofant.
Red Sun is the first of two connected EPs, with the second set to arrive in late 2025. Together, they’ll form a full album, which will be available on vinyl and CD.
The stunning artwork for this release was created by Lars Kvernberg, capturing the spirit of the music in visual form.
